Reports accidents, safety situations or damages in a timely manner.Replenishes vehicle fluids as needed (fuel, oil, etc.).Relays operational updates via radio communication including location, loading status, estimated arrival and departure times.Provides excellent internal and external guest quality service.Complies with state and federal traffic and transit regulations.Drives vehicles over specified routes or to specified destinations according to time schedules in order to transport passengers.Reports any condition of concern to management regarding vehicle issues/defects that may affect driver and passenger/guest safety. Completes daily pre trip/post trip vehicle safety inspections (Daily Vehicle Inspection Report), ensuring that the shuttle meets safety regulations to transport guests.Exercises maximum regard for the safety and welfare of all transported guests while operating a shuttle.Adheres to all California State and Federal transportation rules and regulations that govern passenger carriers.In this visible role, it is imperative that the Shuttle Driver maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance at all times.
